Keep a picture or an editable copy
PNG: show the view you chose
Capture your plan, 3D, or Explore view at screen size or as a 2× or 4× high-resolution image, subject to your device's capture limit. The image follows the visible view; interface labels and the compass are outside it. Choose and save a clear design image.
JSON: come back and keep editing
Download the editable design file and import it into ChatHome.ai later. Keep a separate copy before a major change or alongside an alternative. Back up and restore a design step by step.
GLB: open a 3D model elsewhere
Use the model in a compatible glTF viewer or 3D application. Furniture uses simplified shapes in this export, so include a PNG when its appearance in the studio matters.
Share the layout and measurements
PDF: download a dimensioned plan sheet
Get one A3 page per storey with room measurements, doors and windows, overall dimensions, a north arrow, and a scale bar. All floors share one automatically selected scale and orientation. It is a preliminary plan sheet, not a construction document. Download and read your PDF floor plan.
Drawing set: see the house from each side and cut through
Download one PDF that opens with the same plan pages, then adds four elevations, the house seen from outside on each side, and two sections cut through it, the long one through the stairs. Each page states its scale; the elevations and sections can use a smaller scale than the plans so a tall house fits the page. These are preliminary drawings of the model as it stands, not construction documents: they carry no foundation or framing plans and no structural design. Download and read your drawing set.
DXF: take the footprints into CAD
Download the design's 2D outlines, organised by type. DXF uses metres and contains footprints only; it omits openings, dimension annotations, heights, and finishes. Choose PDF when you need a readable sheet with openings and dimensions.
IFC: share a building model
Open an IFC4 model in compatible building-model software. It can include storeys, spaces, walls, openings, slabs, roofs, stairs, the columns and beams of an RC frame, and simplified furniture.
Many elements remain simplified. Declared construction information helps describe the concept, while detailed services, reinforcement, and most decorative finishes are outside the file. Prepare a model for your designer.

Structure: follow the preliminary gravity loads
Download a text report to review assumptions, support relationships, and how the concept's weight reaches the ground. It is preliminary and gravity-only, never an engineered design or a safety sign-off. Learn how to read the structure report.
Quantities: review materials and allowances
Download an indicative bill of quantities as a text summary or detailed CSV. Review measured items, assumptions, room finishes, and a materials summary under your selected regional practice. It provides quantities only, not a cost estimate.
A quantities change log can compare a stored generated revision with its parent using the same practice. Unsaved edits are not in it. Read the bill of quantities and revision comparison.
RC design: review a preliminary member design
For a generated RC-frame plan, download a preliminary member design from the stored generated turn as a text report or a CSV of every member: slab panels, beams, columns in at most three section groups, footings, stairs, lintels and laps, sized by a stated method under your selected regional practice. The brief's soil bearing, grades, founding depth, water table and seismic zone are printed with their source, the practice's defaults otherwise. It is preliminary and gravity-only, never an engineered design or a safety sign-off, and it is not a bar-bending schedule; an engineer designs and signs. Learn how to read the RC design report.
Choose the units your reader needs
The PDF plan sheet and the drawing set follow the m or ft setting on screen. In ft mode, the quantities text summary adds feet, square feet, and cubic feet alongside its metric figures. JSON, GLB, DXF, IFC, the structure report, the RC design report, quantities CSV, and quantities change log remain metric. See how units work across your downloads.
Keep a matching set
Export the files from the version you intend to discuss and name them consistently. Include the brief and a few specific questions so the images, plans, and reports tell the same story.
