PNG: show the view you chose

Capture your current plan, 3D, or Explore view as an image, at screen size or as a 2× / 4× high-resolution image. PNG is included on every plan.

The image comes from the viewport. It shows the design as displayed, including its level of detail. On-screen labels and the compass are not part of the image; the PDF plan sheet carries the dimensions.

JSON: come back and keep editing

Download the design file and import it into ChatHome.ai later. JSON preserves the scene for continued editing and is a useful way to keep a separate backup. Back up and restore a design step by step.

GLB: open a 3D model elsewhere

Use the model in a compatible glTF viewer or 3D application. Furniture is exported as simplified shapes, so it may look different from the library items in the studio.

Share the layout with design software

DXF: take the footprints into CAD

Download 2D outlines of the design's objects, organized by type. DXF is included while billing is off. Prepare a model for your designer.

This export contains footprints only. Doors and windows, dimension annotations, heights, materials, and finishes are not included. It is not a complete drawing set. The PDF plan sheet carries the openings and dimensions the DXF omits.

PDF: a dimensioned plan sheet

Download one A3 page per storey with room outlines, door and window openings, room sizes, overall and running dimensions, a north arrow, and a scale bar. The scale is chosen automatically from 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, or 1:500 so every floor of the house fits the page at one shared scale, turning the sheet a quarter turn when that fits better. The PDF is included while billing is off.

It is a preliminary plan sheet, not a construction document. Its dimensions come from the same geometry as the DXF, so the two agree. Verify on site before building.

IFC: share a building model

Use IFC4 in compatible building-model software. The file can describe floors, spaces, walls, openings, slabs, roofs, stairs, and simplified furniture. IFC is included while billing is off.

Many elements are simplified. The file does not include building services, reinforcement, detailed wall assemblies, or most decorative finishes.

Download a text report for a preliminary look at gravity loads through the concept. Access to this report and clear result notes is included on every plan. Learn how to read the structure report.

This is a preliminary, gravity-only report: indicative only, never an engineered design or a safety sign-off. It does not check wind, earthquakes, or building-code compliance.
